Vale of Glamorgan Council suck bigtime. They are currently insisting that I allow my pervert neighbour full access to view me and my teenage daughter. Police advised me to board up the view after I caught him watching me and masturbating. The council is now insisting that I allow him full access in order to carry on these activities.
